Wash and cut the tomatoes and the previously peeled zucchini. Add to the blender, together with the two garlic, the salt and the tablespoon and a half of oil.

The original does not have zucchini, but bread. So in this case the zucchini makes us bread and there is the but not the salmorejo cordobés😁.

Blend well until consistent and add salt to taste.

To garnish I used olives (black and green), piquillo peppers and 1 hard boiled egg. And ready to eat!
