Preheat the oven to 220° up and down.

Clean the wings if not already cleaned. Season with salt and pepper and pour the oil, cornstarch and spices in a bowl and stir well.

Use a baking rack to bake them, placing a baking tray with paper underneath for the grease they release (avoiding dirtying the oven).

Cook them for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time. When they are ready, grill for 4-5 minutes to make them crispier. Make sure they do not burn.
