First peel the two potatoes and boil them until they are soft and can be easily mashed.

Once the potatoes are cooked, put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork until a dough is formed.

Once the potatoes are mashed, add the egg and the flour until everything is integrated. At this step add salt to taste.

With the integrated dough we will make small round balls not too big. If the dough sticks to your hands add a little more flour.

In a frying pan put a little oil and fry the balls until they are lightly browned.

Finally, serve on a plate and add the basil, sesame and seeds on top.
