Microwave egg flan

Hydrate the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Grind the dates to obtain a paste. If there are small pieces left, we can filter the paste or leave them, although we will find them later in the flan.

In a bowl, stir by hand (do not beat too much) the eggs, milk and date paste until everything is well integrated.

Pour into one or more containers (in our case, the quantities indicated are enough for two glasses).

At minimum power, heat our flans for 15 minutes in the microwave, one by one, making sure that they do not boil. After 15 minutes, depending on whether the surface is set or not, continue heating it in the microwave, checking it every minute or so.

Allow to cool to room temperature and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.

Before serving, and optionally, we can pour a few drops of vanilla essence.
