Homemade Vegan Coconut Yogurt

1 can coconut milk 1 sachet of agar-agar 4 capsules of probiotics or a sachet for fermenting vegetable milks 1 tablespoon vanilla coconut sugar (natural vanilla bean crushed with the sugar)

Heat the milk to 82 degrees with the agar-agar and sugar.

Turn off the heat and remove. When it reaches 45 degrees add the probiotics and stir very well.

Pour into yogurt cups and put in the yogurt maker to ferment for 10-12 hours. When cool, place in the refrigerator for a few hours and enjoy them as you like.
