We take 2 hamburgers and join them together, they can be turkey, chicken... Place the meat between 2 baking papers and knead them.

Once the dough is thin and uniform, we introduce it in the oven, still with the paper wrapping, at a temperature of 180° for 10 minutes. Meanwhile we can go chopping the ingredients that we are going to add.

Once the dough is ready, remove the top paper and start adding the ingredients. In my case I have chosen low-sugar fried tomato, onion, red and green bell pepper, mushrooms and light gouda and mozzarella cheeses.

We introduce the pizza with the bottom paper still at the same temperature (180°) for 15 minutes. You can keep an eye on it in case you like it a little undercooked.
