Add 400 grams of rice, 1300 grams of fish broth, chicken broth or water (as you like), 300 grams of white wine and, as you like, envelopes of cuttlefish ink. We also add the tomato

Let it cook for the time indicated in the rice description, in my case 18 minutes (bomba rice).

Wash the cuttlefish well and cut it. Fry with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
