Preparaci贸n de la receta

Steps to make with the micropro grill ( Tupperware ) we cut and wash the broccoli well 馃ウ drain it and add it to the micropro grill and season it to taste , 5 minutes with high lid , then add the sauce that I will explain in the third step, once everything is added put 2 min more high lid and then another two minutes more low lid and enjoy 馃コ.

For those of you who do it normally, preheat the oven to 170 with heat up and down, before cooking the broccoli 馃ウ in a holla, then put the broccoli 馃ウ in a tray and add the sauce that I explain it then on top of the sauce we also add strips of broccoli to gratin I think 5 minutes is enough but keep watching and when you see it is ready to eat.

For the sauce in a shaker or blender mix two tablespoons of whipped cheese 0% mg a pinch of curry (to taste of each one) a pinch of garlic 馃 ground and so that it does not become so thick, add a splash of milk (very little) beat well and pour it over the broccoli 馃ウ and also add some cheese slices 馃 for more gratin.
