Baked chicken thighs with vegetables😋

Preheat the oven to the maximum. Meanwhile we cut all the vegetables into cubes and put them in a bowl.

In the bowl, sprinkle with a little oil, pepper, salt, oregano, basil, parsley and sweet pepper. Once the vegetables are soaked we put them in a baking dish making a layer.

Put on top the chicken thighs previously bathed with a little lemon juice. A glass of water on top of the vegetables and chicken and 60 minutes in the oven (keep an eye on them). After 30 minutes, turn the thighs over and cook for another 30 minutes.
