Baked perch with potato and vegetables

Cut the peppers into strips, the carrot and the potato (very finely), and create a bed for the fish in a glass bowl.

Place the perch on top of the vegetable bed.

Pour olive oil on top, soaking everything well.

Prepare 2/3 of white wine and the rest of water in a small glass and add it on top of the recipe.

Season the fish with spices to taste and it is ready to bake.

Once in the oven, let it bake for 45 minutes at 180° (depending on the oven).

Optional step: 10 minutes before removing the fish from the oven, add an egg on top to give more juiciness and nutrients to the recipe.
