Cut the zucchini into small cubes and place in a pan with oil.

While the zucchini is cooking, cut the tomato into small pieces and add it to the zucchini.

When the zucchini and tomato are done, add the spinach, salt and garlic powder.

When the spinach has reduced, turn off the heat, add the egg and stir.
