Roast an apple in the microwave, soak the dates (use to taste as the apple will also give us sweetness).

Mash the oats (flakes or flour), eggs, baked apple, dates, Greek yogurt, milk/vegetable drink, yeast, salt, EVOO and a squeeze of lemon.

Add the blueberries to the mixture (I used frozen and some dried blueberries).

Fill the molds and bake at 190 degrees about 35 minutes (check by poking with a toothpick) I left them 5 minutes more at 190 with fan to finish toasting.
