In a bowl start adding the liquid ingredients. The egg, the milk and add a little bit of vanilla essence.

Then add the rest of the ingredients, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, a pinch of salt, nuts or the dried fruit of your choice and the diced apple. As sweetener I used dates to make a paste, but you can use whatever you see!

Mix everything well and put in a tray. We put in the oven at 180⁰ about 30-35 minutes. Until we see that everything is golden brown.

Ideal with yogurt, ice cream, nut creams.... or just eat it like this!!!!
