📢 Point out 📢 The quantities of the ingredients are "orientative" you can adapt them according to the quantity you want to prepare. In this case the mixture gave me enough to fill 10 peppers(depends on the size of them too). That said, let's start! 👍

In a frying pan we pour some aove 🫒 and we put it to heat. Meanwhile we chop a red onion (medium size, if it is too big then half), a leek garlic (the same, if it is too big then half) and we poach it. We are chopping some mushrooms (they can be canned or natural, to taste of the consumer) I threw a handful. And of cooked prawns about 300 grams approx (these were small, if they are bigger, maybe a little less quantity) we also chop them finely.

Season with a little garlic and parsley powder and sauté everything well. Add the béchamel sauce (here everyone can use the one they like best), season with a pinch of salt and black pepper (check that it is to our taste) and let it thicken for a few minutes. When we see that it has taken consistency we remove from the fire and let it rest a few minutes. They have to be creamy, that is to say, the amount of béchamel sauce you have to adjust it so that it is not too liquid, otherwise it will spread out and we will not be able to fill it.

Meanwhile we arrange the peppers on a plate and fill them with the mixture. Accompany with a little arugula or salad and we would already have them! Bon apetit!!!😋👌
