Slice the zucchini spaghetti style and toss them in the pan with garlic powder.

In another pan fry the vegetables in small squares and when they are ready add the shrimps, sauté a little and add the soy sauce.

Once they are done, the only thing left to do is to plate them. I put the zucchini, the vegetables and then the goat cheese, plus garlic powder and basil.
