Beat the egg, granulated cheese, 2 pinches of salt and spices to taste (although I recommend being generous with the amount of spices).

Place the beaten egg mixture on one plate and the oat flakes on another. Dredge the chicken first in the egg and then in the oat flakes.

Bake the chicken at 180ºC for 20min.
