Boil the potatoes

In a frying pan with a little EVOO spray and a garlic, fry the onion and carrot.

Bake for 20/25 minutes at 180 degrees and broil for the last 5 minutes.

Then add the green bell pepper and leek.

After a few minutes, add broccoli and minced meat.

Once the meat is browned, add crushed tomato and let it rest over low heat for 45 minutes to intensify the flavors.

In the meantime, we peeled the potatoes that were boiling and mashed them to make a puree.

Once it is all crushed, let it cool and then put it in the refrigerator, this way we create resistant starch and it has many benefits for intestinal health.
