Grate the potato and zucchini. As they release a lot of water, we put them in a cloth, make a little bag and drain very well.

In a bowl, place the drained potato and zucchini, add the ground almonds, the spices you like and mix well.

Shape them as hamburgers and place them in a greased pan with a little bit of olive oil. Let them cook over medium heat for 15 minutes on each side. Enjoy!
