Add all the ingredients to the processor, first the wet ingredients: sweet potato, eggs, melted butter and blend. Then the dry ingredients: carob flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and erythritol (optional) and blend again.

Pour into the mold and add the nuts or nuts of your choice.

We put in the oven at 180 degrees, previously heated, 30 min.
