Sauté the onion, garlic, mushrooms and crushed tomato over low heat with a little oregano.

Spaghettize the zucchini with the spiralizer or cut them into thin strips with a knife and season with salt and pepper.

Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of oil. When it is hot, turn off the heat and add the zucchini. I don't cook them, I just heat them and they get crispy.

Mix with the sauce. If you want to add some grated cheese it is much better.
