First we are going to prepare the onion. We simply cut it and leave it on a plate while we are preparing the rice.

We take a pot, add the brown rice together with the egg and cook it over medium heat.

Once we have the rice ready, we are going to take our onion and put it in a frying pan with a little olive oil until it is a little brown.

Pour our cooking cream into the pan with the onion and lower the heat. There we add our nutmeg, a pinch of salt and some grated 4 cheeses.

Stir until we see it to our liking and ready 😊. We put it on top of our rice. We split Thursday on top, and we put the last touch, the oregano. 🤩
