Cut the cabbage, carrots and peppers in julienne (very thin slices).

Sauté the vegetables in a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil, when they are half cooked, add the minced meat (you can substitute it with beef fillet cut into strips) on one side of the pan and cook it, mixing it with the vegetables.

In a saucepan of boiling salted water, collect the noodles and remove them from the heat for 5 minutes, drain and add to the sauté, mix and add the soy sauce, along with a ladle of the water from the noodles, mixing well until it is completely integrated and reduced and ready to eat!
