1️⃣ Chop the spinach. 2️⃣ Grate the ginger and garlic. 3️⃣ Wash the cooked chickpeas. 4️⃣ Prepare the spices to be used in a dish. 😊 I like to leave everything prepared before I start cooking. 🌿Quantity the spices to taste. 👨🍳Trocear the spinach a bit with a scissors/knife or you can also add it as is.

1️⃣ Put in the pan / pot a little EVOO. 2️⃣ Add the chopped tomato, spices, grated ginger and garlic. 3️⃣ Let it boil for about 5 minutes at medium/high heat and stir from time to time.

1️⃣ Add the spinach and water. 2️⃣ Continue cooking over medium/high heat for 5min, covering the pan/pan and stirring occasionally.

After the time has elapsed, add the chickpeas and continue cooking for 5 more minutes, stirring from time to time. ⚠️Ir adding water to the cooking if necessary. ⚠️Añadir water to taste, more broth or drier.
