Cut two cloves of garlic, half an onion, two small carrots and three mushrooms. And put a pot with water, a little oil and salt to boil for the pasta. Sauté the garlic and shortly after add the onion. Turn the oven on, heat up and down at 220°C.

When the water is boiling add the pasta in my case the measure of a glass. Add the carrot to the pan where you prepare the sauce and a few minutes later the mushrooms. Let it poach.

The texturized soybean (measure a small glass) is hydrated submerged in water for 10 minutes. When you have the paste, drain it.

Add salt and pepper to the vegetables and add the soybeans. This will be our "minced meat". Stir to combine.

Remove the pan from the heat and add paprika de la vera. And mix off the heat.

Add the tomato (it is best to use natural crushed tomato but for time...) and integrate. Return to the fire q we have it half always.

Add the pasta and integrate into the pan.

And turn off the fire. Put it in the baking dish with well processed Emmental cheese and oregano. And bake in the oven for 20 min.
