Peel the persimmons and remove the "stalk". Cut them into pieces and place them in the blender.

Add the cocoa. Beat until a homogeneous puree is obtained.

If the persimmons are ripe there is no need to add any sweetener, but if we like it sweeter we can add a couple of dates (these before beating).

Pour the mixture into the molds and let it cool in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. Ready to eat!
