✳️ INGREDIENTS ✳️ - 80gr of oat flour. - 80gr of almond flour (ground almonds). - 1 banana. - 250ml of vegetable milk, I used oat milk. - 1 teaspoon of baking powder. - Cinnamon powder to taste. - Dark chocolate 85% cut in small pieces.

✳️ HOW IS IT DONE? ✳️ In a bowl add the two flours, the cinnamon, the yeast and the chopped chocolate. Mash the banana with the oat milk and add it to the bowl. Mix everything very well and add the dough to the mold. Microwave at maximum power for 10-12 minutes, depending on the microwave. After the time, take it out and let it cool. Once cold, unmold and eat! ☺️
