Avocado mayonnaise: - one egg, a little oil , one ripe avocado in small cubes and salt. Beat it all together. - Add chopped parsley when you have beaten it.

Spread the mayonnaise over the salmon and place in the oven on grill function for 15-20 minutes at 180° until the mayonnaise is toasted on top.
