Drain and wash the cooked chickpeas and pour them into a food processor (do this in batches).

Add the peanut butter and the hydrated dates and whip until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

Add the previous chickpea cream, mix again and finally integrate the slightly crushed nuts.

Spread the mixture in a pre-greased rectangular pan or covered with parchment paper and bake at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven. Enjoy!
