DOUGH 🌾Mix the flour, one egg and the oil (3 tablespoons) and knead. 🔥Spread the dough on a baking pan suitable for oven, prick with a fork and bake for 15 minutes at 200C.

FILLING 🥒Grate the zucchini and cook in a frying pan with a little oil. 🥚 Beat three eggs and add the yogurt and grated cheese. 🧂 Season with salt and pepper and add nutmeg. 🐟 Add the zucchini and tuna. 🍅 Pour over the dough and add the halved tomatoes. 🔥 Bake at 200C (heat up and down) for about 25 minutes et voilà 👌🏻
