While you are whisking and making the breaks, melt the 90 grams of chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie. If you do it in the microwave I put three ounces in a bowl with the coconut oil for 1 minute at 600. Then I make another batch with another three ounces and then the last batch.

Add the melted chocolate to the crushed hazelnuts and grind again until we have a homogeneous mass.
