Put the cooked and cleaned white beans and the dates in a blender and blend everything. Then add the eggs, the cocoa, the EVOO and the yeast, and mix.

When everything is crushed, add the handful of walnuts (crush them a little before). You can also add chocolate chips if desired. Mix everything together.

Put the dough in a greased baking pan and bake it in a preheated oven at 180° for 40-50 min. I usually leave it for 45 min.

And when it is ready, we can pour chocolate on top or leave it as it came out. Enjoy! ❤️😋
