Boil the egg for 3 minutes over high heat and leave it for 8 minutes more with the heat of the water. It can be made the night before while preparing dinner and leave it in the refrigerator.

While the 🥚 is boiling, peel and dice the ripe 🥑 and mash it with a fork 🍴 leaving an intermediate texture, leaving a paste but with some unmashed pieces 💪. Leave it in a bowl.

Peel and crush the pistachios in a mortar and pestle.

Dice the onion 🎲 very finely and chop the tomatoes.

Add the onion, tomato, tuna and a pinch of salt to the avocado bowl. Squeeze half a lemon.
