Cut all the vegetables in julienne strips and place them in a steaming container, we will use 200 gr. of water to generate the steam and it will be flavored with 20 gr. of chopped ginger and chopped garlic (estimated time 18 min.).

Meanwhile, peel the prawns and macerate them in 10 g of soybean.

Reserve the water used to steam the vegetables and put it in a pot on the fire and add 30 gr. of soybeans and let it boil for 3 minutes.

In a frying pan with the AOVE, sauté the prawns, add the vegetables al dente and the mixture of water and soy, stir for 2 minutes.

Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and accompanied with basmati rice.
