Reserve the water used to steam the vegetables and put it in a pot on the fire and add 30 gr. of soybeans and let it boil for 3 minutes.

In a frying pan with the AOVE, sauté the prawns, add the vegetables al dente and the mixture of water and soy, stir for 2 minutes.
