Chickpeas with broccoli curry

Wash and cut the broccoli into florets. We cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes (we can use Lekue or in a normal dish). In the meantime, we cut the garlic and onion.

Put the coconut oil in the pan and when it is hot add the garlic and onion to poach them.

Add 1 jar of chickpeas (previously washed) and sauté together with the garlic and onion.

After a while, add the broccoli and continue sautéing.

Season with the different spices, quantities to taste.

Pour half a jar of coconut milk and stir. We rectify the flavor. If we notice that it lacks something, we add a dash of soy sauce that will give it a very good flavor. Let it rest and that's it!
