Beat 1 egg and 2 egg whites and mix with 2 tablespoons of pea protein. Add salt and oregano to taste. It should be almost liquid, if not, add more egg whites.

Pour the batter into a hot frying pan greased with olive oil.

When the dough is almost done on top, add the topping. In my case, fried ratatouille, tuna and cheese. Cover and wait over low heat until the cheese melts.
