Spaghetti with chicken and carrot sauce

We put the carrot and tomato cut into pieces to cook until they are soft (if it is a fast cooker, five minutes is enough).

We blend it with the Greek yogurt and add the water from the cooking of the vegetables to make it as thick as we like.

We cook the pasta while in a frying pan we poach the onion with a teaspoon of oil.

Add the zucchini to the same pan and then the chicken and the diced ham until done.

Add the sauce to the pan and the cooked spaghetti. Let it simmer for a few minutes, and it's ready :)
