Plum sponge cake in microwave oven

Cut the plums in four halves and put them in the microwave until they are soft. Set aside half a plum for decoration.

Mix in a bowl the dry ingredients: rye flour, yeast and cinnamon.

When the plums are soft, grind them with a blender and add the eggs and the dry ingredients.

Put the mixture in a mold and put the cut plum on top to decorate. We put it in the microwave until it sets. In my case it was 25 minutes. Wait until it cools down and it is ready.
