Microwave one and a half cups of mozzarella cheese (I did it by eye) and two tablespoons of cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and melt 🧀

Mix the ingredients well and add a beaten egg, a pinch of salt, a little pepper, garlic powder and oregano 🥚.

Continue mixing and add 3/4 cup of almond flour (I added according to the thickness) 🍽️

Finish mixing with your hands and place it on a baking paper 👐.

Put another sheet of paper on top and roll it out with a rolling pin giving it shape. When it has the thickness you want, remove the paper on top. 👩‍🍳

Prick the dough so that it does not rise and put it in the oven for a few minutes. Take it out before it gets too brown. 🌡️

I made the tomato myself so that it would have less carbs than the one that comes ready made. I just added in the pan the tomato with oil, pepper, oregano and salt and left it for a little while with the lid on. 🍅
