For the ketchup, first hydrate the dates for 15 minutes in boiling water. Remove the skin and seeds from the tomato. Add the beet, tomato, dates and vinegar to the blender and blend well, store in the fridge for a couple of hours. Peel the sweet potato and cut into sticks, season with salt, dried oregano, dried basil, onion powder and oil, bake at 200° for about 30 minutes. and enjoy! 😋💜
