The procedure for the dough is the same as for the quinoa pizza base. We soak the quinoa in water for about three hours. Then we beat it together with a tablespoon of water, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of oil and spices to taste (I put garlic parsley). Preheat the oven to 200°. We prepare the tray (if it is of grids better) with baking paper and brush with oil.

Roll out the dough and make thin sticks, so that the taste of quimoa does not predominate.

We put it in the oven at 180° and in fan mode for approximately 20 minutes (depending on the power of the oven). They should be a little golden brown.

Take them out and add mozzarella cheese. I left some without cheese to taste the dough alone. Turn them over (although they will be done underneath) and put them back in the oven in gratin mode for 5 minutes.

Take it out, let it cool and? Enjoy!
