"NOCILLA" WITH CASHEW NUT AND ALMOND CREAM.

Preparación de la receta

The first thing we do is to put water to boil, once at that point, we place the dates inside to soften them. After a few minutes remove the stone and skin (optional).

While the dates are softening. We chop the cashews and almonds separately with the help of a grinder (I do it so as not to overheat the blender too much when we are going to grind).

Once we have the hydrated and pitted dates (and skin, optionally), we put them in a blender glass together with the milk and blend.

Add the cashew nuts and powdered/chopped almonds. And continue grinding.

Finally add the spoonfuls of cocoa powder and the amount of vanilla to your taste. Continue blending until you get the texture of a mixture.

Pour into a glass container that can be covered. And... voila our chocolate spread made and ready to be savored! 🍫🤤
