Grind the oats to your liking (if you already have oat flour and want to leave the oats whole, skip this step).

Add salt and yeast and stir (in my case with the food processor but you can use a spoon).

Mix the water, egg and oil.

Grate the lemon to taste and pour the egg, oil and water mixture.

Squeeze the lemons and pour over the dough.

Heat the oven to 180°C and while on a tray with baking paper we make small balls (in my case of 10-12g) and flatten them (if they stick, grease your fingers).

Finally we put the tray in the oven for 12-13' and it is ready.
