Macaroni with Roquefort sauce

In a pot with boiling water we put two bay leaves and a little salt. We put the pasta and leave it for about 12 minutes until it is ready.

Meanwhile, in a frying pan put EVOO and place the onion previously cut into slices and the mushrooms.

When the onion and mushrooms are ready, add the cream. And little by little we add the blue cheese and gouda cheese. I usually add oregano, Provencal herbs and sweet paprika to the cream.

With the sauce already made we put the macaroni inside and we leave them a few minutes inside over low heat. When we finish and we will use it we can add a little grated cheese. Et voila 😋😋😋😋
