Choose a good 100% whole wheat bread, open and fill with ripe avocado or bp guacamole, mozzarella, sundried tomatoes in oil and black olives.

Cover and brush well with the same oil as the tomatoes, it will remain crunchy and prevent the bread from getting wet with the filling when heated. Place on parchment paper in the basket of the fryer and heat for a few minutes until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted 🤤 (in mine at 180⁰ with 7 minutes enough).

Serve with some salad if desired🥬🥗 and enjoy 😋.
