Brown the tofu in a frying pan with oil, onion and salt. Set aside.

With the pan off, add two tablespoons of curry, 1/4 cup of oat drink and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, stir until the sauce is homogeneous (if it is too liquid, put it on the heat to evaporate until it reaches the desired consistency).
