Cut the squid into strips, grill and set aside.

Cut all the vegetables in julienne strips. I cook the onion first and when it is transparent, I add the peppers.

When the vegetables are soft, add half a glass of white wine (optional) and water, and wait for it to evaporate.

Cook for 10 minutes over low heat, and pass the sauce through the blender. If it is too thick, add water until you get the thickness you like.

Add the squid to the sauce, and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

I serve it with white rice, but you can combine it with whatever you want!
