To make this dish in the microwave you will need a lékué type case for steaming. If you bake it in the oven with albal paper, the times are longer.

Place the potato in the case, salt and cook for 3 minutes at maximum power in the microwave. We put the potato in earlier because it takes longer to cook.

Layer the rest of the vegetables, salt them and cook for 7 minutes at maximum power.

Once the vegetables are almost ready, season the salmon slice with salt and pepper, cleaned on both sides, and place it in the case on top of all the vegetables.
