Preparación de la receta

Cut the tofu into cubes on a piece of kitchen paper and let it dry a little bit.

On the other hand, we begin to chop the onion and garlic and sauté, add a little salt, ground pepper and cayenne pepper,

Meanwhile with the minced meat, which can be pork or beef, (in my case beef) we season with salt and pepper and add an egg, mix and with it we make small meatballs. And we pass to the frying pan to seal them a little. Another option would be to throw it loose in the pan to sauté a little with the onion and garlic.

Add a tablespoon of sesame oil and the soy sauce. Mix a little. At this point we would add the red bean paste with chili that the original recipe contains... tb you can use to give a spicier touch, sriracha or Tabasco sauce, or chili sauce.... 🌶🌶🌶

Then add the meat or chicken broth, (it can be any homemade broth you have made or bought) When it starts to boil add the tofu in cubes that we had reserved. We let it cook for 10 minutes to integrate the flavors and we rectify to our taste of spicy.

On the other hand, we cook our noodles in boiling water for a few minutes.

Serve our stew over the noodles and top with chopped spring onion and some homemade curry paste made with curry and a little bit of broth.

Another option is to eat it with rice instead of noodles. I hope you enjoy it! 😋😋
