Shred a turkey fillet and then the vegetables. This should be done without too much power so that the pieces are not too small.

The zucchini, cut in half, is seasoned (salt, garlic powder or other spices) and cooked for about 10 minutes in the microwave.

Meanwhile, poach the meat with the vegetables and season according to taste (I use a pinch of salt and pepper, garlic powder and Provencal herbs).

Once the zucchini is cooked in the micro, remove the pulp and cook it a little more with the rest of the vegetables. When its own water has been consumed, add three spoonfuls of fried tomato, a spoonful of oregano and keep it a little bit on the fire so that the "Bolognese" gets the taste.

Fill the zucchini boats, add a handful of cheese. Bake in the oven for 10 or 15 minutes and... Let's devour!
