Ingredients for 1 person - 25mg of oat flour - 125 mg of milk or vegetable drink - 1 egg - salt - EVOO - Spices to taste ( pepper, garlic powder, onion powder...) 1. Place in a deep bowl, the egg with the oat flour and beat it, add the milk, the essences to taste and a pinch of salt, and beat again until you have a homogeneous mass, without lumps, and quite liquid. 2. Heat a large non-stick frying pan or griddle over medium heat. When it is hot -without burning-, grease it with a little oil, spreading it with a kitchen paper. Keeping the power on medium heat, pour 1/3 of the dough in the center of the pan and immediately start turning the pan from the handle to distribute the dough all over the diameter, leaving a thin layer. 3. When we see that the dough begins to curdle add the ham and cheese, and fold it as a tortilla and ready ✅😋
